Mr. No Face

At one point in your life, have you been awakened in the middle of the night thinking about what your future holds? When I mean future, I mean having that special someone that you will spend the rest of your life with. Well I just did. I woke up this morning feeling cold and all because of the weather and the thought just popped into my mind. I have imagined myself so many times being married, having kids and waiting for my hubby to arrive home. The funny thing is he has no face yet so let me call him Mr. No Face.

I have been searching for him all my life. I think I have spent three fourths of my life thinking about him and where I can find him. But still until now, after two serious relationships, I think Mr. No Face seem to have eluded me already. Maybe Mr. No Face decided to hide and never let himself known to me. Maybe he thinks that it is not yet the time for us to meet.

So I ask myself a lot of times, "Am I that willing to wait that long for you?". But somehow, I believe that somewhere he is also under the same sky I am looking at. Mr. No Face is also staring at the same star I am talking to every single night in my life. He also gazes on the vast horizons asking the same questions I have.

Maybe the time has not yet come for us. Maybe not now....
